Delivery

We ship within the UK and Internationally.

UK Orders:
Small goods under £20 are sent Royal Mail 1st Class at £2.50

Medium sized goods over £20 are sent Royal Mail 1st Class signed for at £5.50.  If your order consists of both small and medium, the higher price item (over £20) will be sent with Royal Mail 1st Class signed for service.

EU & International delivery costs £10.50

USA delivery costs: £20.

Please note that we are currently suspending orders to USA due to the tariff charges.

Orders will be dispatched within 3-5 days of receiving your order. Please allow 7-10 days for UK deliveries. Please allow 10 - 14 days for EU & International deliveries.

Due to the UK leaving the EU, orders to the EU may incur a customs/handling fee on receipt of order.​

Custom fees, duty and import charges may apply to overseas destinations.  We are not responsible for these additional charges and you will be charged accordingly.

Returns

​

We hope you love our products, but if for any reason you are unhappy please contact us right away.  You may return your order within 28 days and once received we will refund you.

Orders must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The cost of returning goods is your responsibility, we recommend you choose a Delivery service that insures the cost of goods. Delivery charges are only refundable if the products are faulty. We cannot offer exchanges.
